Cherish Global Holidays requires full payment to operate any holiday listed on the website. Package once confirmed will be under cancellation as per below policy.
Prior to 35 days or more: Non-refundable deposit of INR 10000 per person.
Between 34-25 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost.
Between 24-15 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost.
Prior to 19 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost
Visa Fee is non-refundable
Package rates are on per person on twin sharing basis and it means two persons will stay in same room
• The above offer is subject to RBI/GOI Regulations and Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
• There will be extra charges for child with or without bed and triple sharing
• There will be extra charges for Gala dinners on New Year & Christmas evening and customer must pay extra for that
• Transportation will be as per the itinerary and only for mentioned sightseeing places (No disposable vehicle).
• Air Ticket cancellation charge would be over and above the package cancellation charges
• No Change / No refund in package if flight delays due to any reason.
• Cherish Global Holidays has complete right to change/modify/alter and terminates any offer with prior customer notice
• The Pax to report to lobby for transfer, city tour strictly at the designated time. In case of delay, the same will be missed and we shall bear no responsible to the same and no refund on account the same will be entertained.
• All sightseeing tours are depending on the weather condition and can be cancelled by local ground handler without prior notice and there will be no refund for that.
• During the festival season, blackout dates and long weekends the package price will not valid as surcharge will be apply on same package
• Check in and Checkout time will be as per the hotel policy
• Cherish Global Holidays have no guarantee for early check in and late check out and it subject to room availability and depends upon the hotel. We can only put request for the same but not guaranteed.
• Meals are specified in the tour package itinerary and any extra meals during the tour will be chargeable and directly payable.
• There will be no refund in part or full for any unutilized service.
• Any cancellation due to VISA rejection will be borne by customer and VISA issuance or rejection is totally depending on respective embassy.
• Booking once confirmed is subject to cancellation charges as per the package policy.
• In case selected hotel or resort is not available, the similar category hotel will be provided for same tour package.
• Honeymooners must show wedding card (not older than six month) at the time of check in to obtain honeymoon surprise and honeymoon arrangements subject to hotel/resort criteria
• International hotels may charge a security deposit at the time of check in and that will be refundable on the time of check out, if traveller uses any extra facility like mini bar, extra food etc, hotel may charge directly. Cherish Global Holidays would not be responsible about these transactions as this is totally between hotel and guest

• Air Ticket cancellation charge would be over and above the package cancellation charges
